Our tips for sleeping better
Here are our little tips to help your children get a good night's sleep.
- Establish a routine : Try to establish a quiet time that is always the same every night. This will allow your child to be reassured and fall asleep peacefully. For example, give him a bath every night at the same time and then take the time to read a story with him before suggesting that he go to bed.
- The rabbit alarm clock : The "rabbit alarm clock" is used by many mothers from the age of 2. It allows the child to understand when he can wake up. If the rabbit is still sleeping, it means that the day has not yet started.
-
Story box : A story box promotes good sleep by creating a calming environment, stimulating the imagination and strengthening emotional bonds, thus contributing to a smooth transition to sleep. Personally, at Demain, we use the "Mon petit morphée" box and we love it!
- Comfortable clothing : Good pajamas are essential for sleeping well because they contribute to physical comfort, regulate body temperature, and create an atmosphere conducive to rest.
