How can I return an item?

At Demain Sélection, returns are possible and free! 

You have 14 days from the day you physically receive your order (art. VI.47 §2, 2° CDE) to notify us of your decision to return an item. 

 If an item doesn’t suit you, simply send us an email at demain.selection@gmail.com, mentioning your order number, the reason for the return, and which items you wish to return. If all conditions are met, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to attach to your return package. 

Returning your order is free: 

  • Drop off your package at your local point of sale with the return label attached 
  • Or bring it directly to our store (Avenue Louise 168, 1000 Brussels)
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

We're really sorry for the oversight! Please contact us at demain.selection@gmail.com, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

 

What should I do if an item has a default?

Despite the care we take when selecting items, we are very sorry if a flaw has escaped our attention. We invite you to contact us at demain.selection@gmail.com so that we can sort it out together.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment. 

  • Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on Monday. 
  • Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. 

 

We do our best to ensure deliveries are made on time. If there’s any issue with your package, don’t hesitate to contact us
