Is everything available in the store?
Not everything is available in-store, but a large portion is. We have more than 20,000 items available on our e-shop, including around 5,000 in-store.
You can also visit our shop, browse our e-shop on-site, and ask to see specific items. Since our stock is located in the same place, we can easily show them to you.
How do we set the price?
We combine our experience with an AI-based tool to offer fair pricing based on the brand and the condition of the items. Each price is then validated with the consignor to ensure it suits everyone, both sellers and buyers.
Do we accept small desposits?
Yes and no our service really makes sense for consignments of at least 30 items. Managing a large number of pieces can quickly become very time-consuming for you, and that’s exactly where we come in by taking care of everything from A to Z.
Can you reserve an item?
Yes, but we recommend ordering online with in-store pickup. This allows us to prepare your order in advance and offer you the best possible experience during your visit.

How can I return an item?
On Demain Sélection, returns are possible!
The consumer has a period of 14 days from the day they take physical possession of the goods following delivery (Art. VI.47 §2, 2° CDE) to notify the company of their decision to withdraw.
If an item is not suitable, simply send us an email at demain.selection@gmail.com, mentioning your order number, the reason for the return, and which items you wish to send back.

- Either by dropping off the parcel at your collection point with a return label

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
We're really sorry for the oversight! Please contact us at demain.selection@gmail.com, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What should I do if an item has a default?
Despite the care we take when selecting items, we are very sorry if a flaw has escaped our attention. We invite you to contact us at demain.selection@gmail.com so that we can sort it out together.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment.
- Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on Monday.
- Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
We do our best to ensure deliveries are made on time. If there’s any issue with your package, don’t hesitate to contact us!
