👥 Team management & recruitment:

• Coaching: individually accompany and guide three trainees/employees/students in their professional development
• Help in recruiting new candidates

📈Store and operational management:

• Entrepreneurial spirit: as operations manager, you manage your day-to-day like a true entrepreneur.
• Warehouse and order management: you handle daily operations with your team, you are responsible for orders, warehouse arrivals, team training and contact with customers and vendors.
• Strategic decisions: participate in day-to-day team decisions to develop the store and logistics to their full potential.

🏋️ Working in the field:

• Active presence in store: you'll be a dynamic, hands-on salesperson, just like the rest of the team.
• Being at the heart of the action in store: where you'll juggle a variety of tasks such as customer service at the checkout, replenishment, etc.
• Team training: you'll provide ongoing training for your team, sharing constructive feedback with them.
• Customer satisfaction: improve the in-store customer experience and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
