Managing two stores:

• You are on site Monday to Saturday and manage two stores from A to Z
• Drawing up schedules and handling day-to-day operations
• Overseeing stock, inventories and replenishment
• Supporting purchasing and item selection for the stores

Team management:

• You lead a team of 5 sales staff
• Developing the team's skills to improve commercial performance
• Tracking sales targets
• Taking part in the recruitment of new candidates

Collaboration:

• You work in close communication and collaboration with the logistics team and the co-founders
• You take part in day-to-day decisions to help the stores grow

On the shop floor:

• You are present in store alongside the team (checkout, restocking, customer service)
• You contribute to continuously improving the customer experience

• A full-time contract of 38 hours/week, Monday to Saturday
